Senior Support Manager - UAE National

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the support department, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery

- Manage and lead a team of support professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner

- Analyze support data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional challenges and develop innovative solutions

- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's overall support strategy

Requirements:

- UAE national with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
