  • Meet and greet visitors to the branch in a professional manner ensuring that their inquiries are handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure to maintain the existing customers and identify all their concerns about AMLAK services, and products.
  • Maintain a log of incoming calls, inquiries, messages and facilitate inter-office communications with timely intimations
  • Maintain MIS for all customers’ issues and concerns where he/she should route it for concerned department to do the needful toward such issues and eliminate all raised issues accordingly.
  • Responsible to call customers on daily basis to hear from them with regard to Amlak service level, and products quality.
  • Manage the credit card machine and ensure accuracy of transactions
  • Receive and manage all telecommunication activities
  • Perform administrative inter-office duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain corporate confidentiality and integrity
  • Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing couriers and mails
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the staff requests
