Meet and greet visitors to the branch in a professional manner ensuring that their inquiries are handled in a timely manner
Ensure to maintain the existing customers and identify all their concerns about AMLAK services, and products.
Maintain a log of incoming calls, inquiries, messages and facilitate inter-office communications with timely intimations
Maintain MIS for all customers’ issues and concerns where he/she should route it for concerned department to do the needful toward such issues and eliminate all raised issues accordingly.
Responsible to call customers on daily basis to hear from them with regard to Amlak service level, and products quality.
Manage the credit card machine and ensure accuracy of transactions
Receive and manage all telecommunication activities
Perform administrative inter-office duties and responsibilities.
Maintain corporate confidentiality and integrity
Efficiently manage all incoming and outgoing couriers and mails
