  • Promote the organizational goal of "Customer Focused".
  • To Greet customer with smile, inquire customer want/need and understand their requirement.
  • issues and problems faced during the customer service to be handled tactfully.
  • to maintain appropriate register and log sheet to record all customer complaints.
  • all customer complaints dealt with fairly and promptly.
  • Any issues which are unsolved, escalate to Branch Manager/ Assigned Officer.
  • Submit periodical reports to the Senior Management.
  • Coordinate with AML Department for any transaction query related to AML
  • Cross sell products/services to customers and provide prompt service to the customers
  • Handle cash transactions with customers
  • Take feedback from customers on the products/service
  •  Ensure that cash is accurately counted while receiving it from the customers and at the end of each shift reconcile cash with receipts 
  • Count money in cash drawers at the start and end of the shifts to ensure that the amounts are correct and that adequate changes are made.
  • Bring out cash required for daily transactions from the vault and make entry in the vault register
  • One of the primary responsibilities as a cashier is the correct, organized handling of cash
  •  Welcome customers and assist them to complete the required transactions including currency exchange related to cash handling,
  • should properly file all the vouchers collected  from the customers
  • Strictly adhere to the rules and practices of the organizations by ensuring the entries are made in wherever necessary
