Duties & Responsibilities:
· Walk in clients – new business/renewals quotes & policy issuance
· Handle queries via the telephone - new business quotes & policy issuance
· Walk in clients – policy endorsements (cancellations, refunds, extensions)
· Walk in payment collection, payment over the phone
· Documents uploading as per process requirements
· Cross Sell/Upsell - seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
· Ensure compliance with Anti money Laundering policies of the UAE or with the rules & regulations established by the RTA / IA or the other government bodies with regards to insurance operations.
· To maintain accuracy and transparency in all operations under direct access and control. Accurately enter motor vehicle / policy holder’s information into the Premia / Beyontec / Ezyensure systems to generate insurance policy, endorsements / renewal advice.
· Co-operatively work in a team environment to meet departmental goals and objectives.
· Comply with Quality Standards and TAT’s.
· Safeguard the assets / cash / property in custody in the overall best interest of the Company.
· Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting Manager relevant to the job function of undefined nature which may arise from time to time.
