Setup desktop computers and peripherals and network patching.
Configuration and managing of IP Phones Alcatel-Lucent and granting user level accesses control.
Interact with users on desktop issues with Troubleshoot problems.
Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers, Scanners, FAX Machine.
Handle Core Banking System Safe Engine Monitoring and Troubleshooting.
Configure and Manage Q-System, CCTV, Attendance System, ZK Access Door Accesses.
Manage Distribution groups and generic mail boxes.
Set and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers with user accesses.
Monitor Etisalat Router and Connectivity with Central Bank UAE.
Arrange and set UAT Environment Setup with required configuration and manage BOKI systems IMAL, FTS, ICCS, DDS, WPS deployments.
Maintain and administer Data Center with IT Peripherals, Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, CCTV Storage Server, UPS, AC Temperature, and power sockets.
Manage local admin rights provided to users.
Record and update IT registry and services.
Maintain File Server, providing shared folder accesses for users.
Ensure backup of critical data and data transfer.
Organize and implement software’s installation with user requirement, IE upgrade & proxy settings.
Fix user login issues in pc and laptops, pc certificate issue, user temporary windows profile issues etc..
Conduct system diagnostics, troubleshooting, analyzing network performance, Alcatel setup, system slowdowns and ascertaining the reasons for the encountered bottlenecks.
Ensure BOK IT security policies are applied on the desktops and laptops.
