·         Attend all the quotes inquiry in QMS (Quote Management System) on daily bases & make sure all the quote requests attend within the TAT.

·         Tracking the quote for department internal use.

·         Reviewing all the documents provided by distribution team with quote request in QMS.

·         Preparing quotes as per as per NGI underwriting guideline & maintain our internal TAT for the issuance of all quotation.

·         Coordinating with Branches, Brokers and Sales related issues / queries.

·         Apply for HAAD and DOH approval number for all new group and individual plans.
