KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ OUTPUT EXPECTED

·         To ensure provision of premium bordereaux (Direct + Co-Insurance Leader & Follower) within agreed TAT in each month.

·         Preparation of premium risk profile (direct policies) for renewal submission to re-Insurers.

·         Provide claim paid & outstanding bordereaux in respect of all Insurance classes (Direct + Co-Insurance Leader & Follower) within agreed TAT.

·         Preparation of various statistical report in respect of claim paid & outstanding

·         Preparation of claims risk profile (direct + co-insurance leader & follower) as per agreed TAT for renewal submission to re-insurers.

·         Preparation of preliminary & settlement loss advice in respect of major losses & submission of claims document to re-insurers.

·         Preparation of statement for payment of various bills and letters for various queries

·         To prepare earnings of RI commission on all non-motor lines (excluding XOL business) on overall basis

·         Follow an agreed TAT of standard FAC quotes and binding risks from receiving complete information

·         Ensure all audit action points are implemented and addressed in a timely manner

·         Monitor and report reinsurer and reinsurance broker wise accumulation within 30 days, after closing of each quarter and to capture reinsurers through reinsurance brokers in AMAN systems.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Must hold a graduate degree or equivalent from a reputable university with 2-3 years of experience in similar role; must be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills; Must have knowledge on reinsurance U/W methodology; Reinsurance claims recovery procedure; Technical know how of reinsurance; Principle & I.T skill (Ms office); timely decision making & negotiations; Must possess analytical skills; departmental coordination, must have good technical skills on Ms-Office; Must know insurance accounting systems
