Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face and respond
promptly to their inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
Set up new customer accounts, Manage customers' accounts and Maintain database
Ensuring all customer needs are met in terms of banking services and inquires, which also extends
to liaising and communicating with the respective internal departments for any customer related
matter.
Log and keep records of customer interactions, transactions, details of inquiries, comments and
complaints as per procedure.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to identify gaps or areas of
improvement.
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
Request/reconcile ATM cards and Cheque book.
Setup loans for Corporate and Retail.
Setup of Time Deposit.
Activation and closing of ATM cards (Customer Card Management CCM).
Handling customers account statement.
Receive and respond to court notices from different courts within the UAE accordingly.
Check on CCMS UAECB portal on daily basis.
Submitting daily UAE Switch System/CAD Reporting.
Ensure KYC Documents/Customer IDs/FATCA/CRF forms are valid and follow up with the customer
in case of expiry.
Ensure that all customer data/information is up to date in the Account opening forms/mandate
and are aligned with the data update in the system.
Checking AMLOCK, Blacklist, AECB and Customer Rating System and ensure adherence to the AML,
sanctions, counter terrorist financing and anti-bribery & corruption regulations.
Ensure all High Risk Customers/PEP are duly identified and updated as per the Bank Police and
procedures.
Handle any other assignment given by Department Head or Branch Management from time to
time.
