   Deal  directly  with  customers  either  by  telephone,  electronically  or  face  to  face  and  respond 

promptly to their inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints.

  Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.

  Set up new customer accounts, Manage customers' accounts and Maintain database

  Ensuring all customer needs are met in terms of banking services and inquires, which also extends 

to liaising and communicating with the respective internal departments for any customer related 

matter. 

  Log and keep records of customer interactions,  transactions,  details of inquiries, comments and 

complaints as per procedure.

  Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process  to identify gaps or areas of 

improvement.

  Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.

  Provide pricing and delivery information.

  Process orders, forms, applications and requests.

  Request/reconcile ATM cards and Cheque book.

  Setup loans for Corporate and Retail.

  Setup of Time Deposit.

  Activation and closing of ATM cards (Customer Card Management CCM).

  Handling customers account statement.

  Receive and respond to court notices from different courts within the UAE accordingly.

  Check on CCMS UAECB portal on daily basis.

  Submitting daily UAE Switch System/CAD Reporting.

  Ensure KYC Documents/Customer IDs/FATCA/CRF forms are valid and follow up with the customer 

in case of expiry.

  Ensure that all customer data/information is up to date in the Account opening forms/mandate 

and are aligned with the data update in the system. 

  Checking AMLOCK, Blacklist, AECB and Customer Rating System and ensure adherence to the AML, 

sanctions, counter terrorist financing and anti-bribery & corruption regulations. 

  Ensure all High Risk Customers/PEP are duly identified  and updated as per the Bank Police and 

procedures.

  Handle any other assignment given by Department Head or Branch Management from time to 

time.
