As a first point of personal contact with the customers (internal / external) for cash & transfers. Deliver courteous and informed treatment of customers and process their service requirements to ensure satisfaction with the bank.

Key Accountabilities

·   Ensures zero/minimal losses on account of teller shortages & transactions.

·   Ensures correct application of fees and charges.

·   Provides seamless transaction processing & solutions for customer satisfaction.

·   Maintains high standards of customer service while dealing with customers.

·   Prevents customer remorse or complaints resulting in attrition of customer base.

·   Promote, cross-sell & Generate leads from customers via interaction and information.

·   Projects a professional image delivering courteous and informed treatment of customers. 

·   Adheres to the banks AML / KYC policy. Escalates and reports suspicious transactions.

·   Executes end to end (E2E) processes related to customer/account onboarding, MIFT & service instructions.

·   Executes E2E processes related to cash handling, transfers and MC issuances.

·   Manages end of day handover, inventory and recon activities in a timely manner.

·   Operates in a manner which protects the banks / franchise interests at all times.
