Agricultural Bank of China- Dubai branch was incorporated in 2016, a wholly owned branch of the Agricultural Bank of China Limited (ABC Group Website:https://www.abchina.com). It was authorized and regulated as a onshore wholesale bank by the Central Bank of UAE (CBUAE) and also regulated by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission(CBIRC). The Bank is the designated CNY Clearing Bank authorized by the People’s Bank of China (PBOC) and the CBUAE in 2017.  

 The Branch consists of Corporate Banking, Treasury, Financial & Accounting, Operations (IT), Risk Management, Compliance, HR & Administration Departments as well as Internal Audit Team.

 The business activity of the Branch covers accepting deposits, providing credit, dealing in investments, arranging credit or deals in investment, and international settlement and clearing services.Under the target to develop a regional hub for the banking activities in MENA region, the Bank has primarily developed its activities through the following business: Trade finance,Bilateral loan,Syndication,Inter-bank placement,Investment and trading, RMB clearing and AED clearing.
