Security Monitoring: continuously monitor security alerts and events generated by security tools, (TAEGIS)

Incident response: check DOH Security advisories and other incident alerts raised through email.

Documentation: Maintain records of incidents, including actions taken, timelines, and outcomes.

Reporting: Generate reports from security systems and other applications and save in shared folder for review and analysis.

Continuous Improvement: participate in post-incident reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement in security processes and procedures.

Patch Management: check and ensure all patches are deployed to all workstations and servers with priority on high and critical patches on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Network Monitoring: Monitor network status and performance and provide reports. Participate in managing all network security solutions. Perform server and system backups and recovery.
