Job Description

1. Conduct market research and gather information; Ensure compliance with credit and marketing procedures/policies and operate in accordance with the guidelines/limits.

2. Provide products design proposal and manage assigned products.

3. Arrange meetings with existing and potential clients; Establish cooperative relations with the new client; Maintain the relation with existing clients in fine status; Offer preliminary solutions on assigned products to the clients.

4. Act as a primary point of contact to the clients; offer advice as a consultant and handle the complaints, if any.

5. Draft annual credit rating and credit limit assessment report for the clients.

6. Conduct preliminary technical examination against relevant agreement, documents, bills, legal text etc.

7. Pursue the debt recovery, if any.

8. Take care of the post sales management including filing, regular covenant check, credit annual review, etc.

9. Assist with other departments in investment banking business.

10. Any other responsibility assigned by the head from time to time on the basis of requirement.

Job Specification

1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, Major in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in financial institution, relationship management or a similar role

3. Strong business acumen and an extensive network of connections that can help drive business growth for our bank

4. Proven track of record of successfully managing client relationships and achieving business targets.

5. Strong understanding of financial products and services, credit risk assessment and regulatory requirements.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

7. Negotiation skills with the ability to influence and build rapport with clients.

8. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.

9. Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and meet tight deadlines.

10. Professional certifications or qualifications in banking or finance is a plus.
