We are seeking UAE Nationals preferably graduate in Accounting & Finance to join our Wholesale Banking Branch in Dubai. As a member of the team candidate will be responsible to establish, develop and maintain portfolio of corporate customers in order to generate revenue for the Bank.

Responsibilities:

Attend and complete career development pathways as per Bank's internal, CBUAE and EIF programs.

Assist credit team in preparing Credit Proposals for fresh facilities and renewal of existing facilities of clients.
Seek new clients for deposit growth as per assigned monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. 

Seek new client to in order to book quality assets keeping within risk parameters of the bank.

Visiting clients on monthly basis or more frequent as required and coordination between various departments of the bank and the client for the smooth operations of their accounts.

Liaise with existing and prospective clients to provide banking advice on Bank Alfalah products and services in line with the customers' Transactional, Borrowing, Saving and Protection needs.

Responsible for Cross Referring Bank Alfalah Solutions in order to meet customer's present and latent needs.

Strict adherence to KYC/ AML Guidelines, accounts opening policy & procedures, CB UAE policies & Circulars.

Ensure satisfactory external / internal audit rating for the assigned portfolio.

Responsible for carrying out detail credit analysis and effective due-diligence.

Job Requirements

Graduate with minimum CGPA of 3.0, Bachelor's degree or above major in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk, Economics or relevant fields is preferred

UAE Nationality with family book.

Previously NOT employed by any bank in UAE during the last one Year.

Willingness to familiarize and ability to learn.

Aware of Regulatory environment and related knowledge
